Meliana stopped walking around the egg to examine it. "Hmm? I'm sorry. I'm just so curious as to what this is. What if it's a giant fish or something? And it's icey from the water already. I'll think it'll be fine. It's the crack I'm worried about. What if it damaged the baby inside?" she frowned. "We should probably name it before it hatches. When do you think it'll hatch? I'm so curious as to what's inside it. Maybe it's a bunch of babies. . . . Josie, are you even listening to me?"

"I do." Gibbs spoke up instead. "Davey Jones pulled an ice-cold egg out of the depths and it became his kraken. How warm is the egg?"
"It's ice-cold. Could it be the kraken's egg?" Meliana was getting excited. "Can I keep it? Please? Hey, Josie, what do you think? Wanna keep the egg?"

Josie walked out, and drug Melania with her, over to the nearest group of people.

"Hey, cap'n! Man overboard!" a crew member shouted, stopping Meliana from answering.
"Pull 'im onboard." Jack shouted.
Meliana raced over to help and immediatly stopped dead in her tracks. Once the man was onboard, she recognized him as the man who had stolen her swords. She even recognized the swords at his hips as her own.
"You bastard!" she shouted, trying not to notice that he was, in fact, very good looking. "Those are mine!"
"Oh crap." the man tried to jump overboard, but Meliana stopped him by sending the monkey after him to trip him up and he landed with a thud on the deck.
Meliana walked over to him and snatched her swords, as well as a family heirloom necklace she hadn't noticed he had taken before. "It's rude to steal." she snapped at him. "Besides, these swords were expensive."
